Product Information
PQ-Cov-MS peptide standard is based on PolyQuant’s proprietary QconCAT technology providing 17 validated peptides as heavy isotope labelled or as unlabelled artificial protein where the peptides will be released by protease treatment with trypsin during sample preparation.
The synthetic protein comprises of 2 reference peptides for the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein, 15 reference peptides for the (highly expressed) nuclear capsid protein (NCAP), control peptides for histone H2A, H2B, H3 and H4 to determine sample quality and synthetic peptides for workflow calibration and standardisation by our complementary product RePLiCAL.
